Biography
I’m Linus Höller, a graduate student in the dual-degree program in nonproliferation and terrorism studies between MIIS and MGIMO. I’m from Austria but have lived in six countries so far. I’m a research assistant at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies and a correspondent for Defense News.
Areas of interest
My research focuses on nonproliferation and international relations, often evaluating open-source material on the DPRK, Russia, China, Iran, etc.
Project description
My project is a thesis titled “Foregone Conclusion? The Interactions Between Global Actions and the Iranian Nuclear Program.” The paper will present the history of the Iranian nuclear program and evaluate key hinge points, examining how IR may have affected the program’s trajectory.
