Biography
I am pursuing a Master of Arts in French Linguistics and Pedagogy through Middlebury College and the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris. My background includes a degree in World Language Education, French, and TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
Areas of interest
I am passionate about language learning and teaching. When I’m not in school, I enjoy drawing, thrifting, going on walks, and listening to music.
Project description
I’m researching language anxiety & the affective filter, focusing on how language learners can reduce internal barriers to communication. By crafting strategies to lower emotional resistance, my project aims to empower language learners to overcome psychological obstacles in linguistic interaction.
