Biography
My name is Max Lau, an international student from Canada, finished my undergraduate program at Soka University of America studied International Studies and Humanities. I did my thesis for my capstone was “Why is it important that nuclear weapons be abolish in Daisaku Ikeda’s philosophy?”
Areas of interest
I am particularly interested in the interconnectedness of nuclear disarmament, education, and humanities.
Project description
My project seeks to explore the concept of absolute evil in the context of nuclear weapons and examine how humanity can confront this threat through the lenses of Daisaku Ikeda.
