Biography
Hi! I’m Sophie. I’m originally from London, and my background is in sociology and studio art. My interests in public health, environmental justice, and social inequality led to me to study environmental policy and management at MIIS.
Areas of interest
My areas of interest include: agriculture and food systems, food insecurity, toxic waste and plastic pollution, and environmental sustainability.
Project description
My project explores how transformations in US working-class communities relate to political polarization and attitudes towards environmental action and governance.
