With an extensive academic background in Peace Studies, Conflict Transformation has become integral to my ethos as a professional. As I develop my career, I hope to continue exploring all of ways that CT intersects with identity, power, and social context.

Project description
Currently, this project is dedicated to using data driven analysis to better understand how we can codify conflict transformation processes into organizational development and employee learning. I am developing CT techniques into a toolkit of best practices that are applicable across industries.
